Bring your best to this Juneteenth Celebration! All Black-owned businesses, Black artists, Black food vendors, Black entrepreneurs, or resources for Black communities are encouraged to sign up!  

  • 10x10 Outdoor Booth Space or 6x8 Indoor Space

  • Electricity may be available with an indoor space upon request.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable except in the event of a county-mandated closure of this event.

  • All items sold or displayed at the Juneteenth Celebration reflect BGMS's image. The BGMS team holds the right of refusal of applicants at their discretion.

  • Vendors must comply with all the State of Maryland and Montgomery County laws and tax laws.

  • All exhibitors must supply their own canopies/tents, tables, and chairs. Outdoor vendors are welcome to set up canopies/tents but are not required to.

  • For outside exhibitors only: Vendors are advised to bring along shims or blocks of wood to level out the tables since most of the grounds are not completely level. All tents and canopies should be secured to the ground using weights/sandbags in case of windy weather.

  • BGMS will assign the booth location. Placement, flow, and competition will be considered to provide the best experience for Juneteenth Celebration attendees. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond the space they have booked; this includes rails, stands, or additional equipment.
