Who We Are
The Trans Celebration & Planning Committee (TCAP) is a community-driven initiative of Live In Your Truth (LIYT), under the MoCo Pride Family, dedicated to uplifting, empowering, and celebrating transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive communities throughout Montgomery County and beyond.
Rooted in collaboration, advocacy, and community care, TCAP brings together passionate individuals, community leaders, and partner organizations to create affirming spaces, amplify trans voices, and develop meaningful programs and experiences that reflect the needs of our community.
From organizing signature events like Trans Day of Visibility (TDOV) and Trans Day of Remembrance & Resilience (TDORR) to fostering conversations, building partnerships, and creating opportunities for connection, TCAP is committed to ensuring that trans communities are not only represented but actively involved in shaping their future.
