Thank you so much for attending this year’s Pride In The Plaza — Montgomery County's annual celebration of diverse LGBTQIA+ communities!

On Sunday, June 29, 2025, we returned to Veterans Plaza in Downtown Silver Spring to bring together thousands in a powerful celebration of love, authenticity, and collective liberation.

The theme this year was “We Will Not Be Silenced. We Will Not Be Erased.” and we really felt the love. Our rallying cry grounded in care, solidarity, and resistance echoed throughout Silver Spring and beyond through inspiring speeches from our local representatives, fearless self-expression from talented drag artists, and powerful community testimony. As anti-LGBTQIA+ rhetoric and policies continue to rise across the country, Pride In The Plaza continues to be a joyful, courageous space where community comes together to celebrate survival, connection, and truth. We will see you next year!
