I'm Ari V, the reigning Mx Slay Them winner! I'm 23 years old, originally from El Salvador, and I've been doing drag for about a year. I would describe my drag as the perfect fusion of vibrant Latin/Hispanic culture and the fierce presence of a pop star diva. My name is inspired by my all-time favorite pop icon, Ariana Grande. Even though I'm newer to the drag scene and often underestimated, I always prove myself where it counts — on the stage. In a lip sync, I'm a true chameleon: no matter the song, I bring it to life because that's who I am — a performer through and through.

Kris Rose — The Scarlet Bitch of Baltimore — is a fiery force carving their name into the heart of the DMV drag scene. Originally hailing from Seattle, Washington, Kris brings West Coast creativity and East Coast grit together with an unmistakable blend of glamour, sharp wit, cutthroat humor, and fierce ambition.

A master wigstress by craft and a competitor by nature, Kris is best known for securing 3rd place in four of the DMV’s most prestigious drag competitions, proving that consistency, and killer instinct are more than just catchphrases — they’re a way of life. Every stage Kris steps onto becomes a battlefield for beauty, passion, polish, and pure spectacle.

With a crown-worthy presence and a wink that could start a riot, Kris Rose commands attention whether they’re serving full pageant elegance, pop-star fantasy, or punk-rock rebellion. Their custom wig designs, featured on Etsy, have also made them a staple behind the scenes, transforming performers such as Drag Race’s Irene The Alien and Arrietty The Elf, as well as many others across the region with signature looks that demand a double-take.

In Baltimore and beyond, one thing’s for sure: when Kris Rose enters the room, competition stiffens — and the party really begins.

Lionel Bitchie is a drag artist based in Washington D.C and resident of House of Amore. A native to the city, Bitchie was drawn to the local scene. After years of being a spectator, Lionel debuted in January 2025. The name Lionel Bitchie is inspired by renowned R&B singer, Lionel Richie, as the music genre is their favorite. Since their debut, they have performed at Rhizome, JR's, a local sapphic event, Dykechella, and as ensemble for Highball Productions’ "Tracy Turnblatt & the Multiverse of Musicals." 

Aesthetically, they are influenced by both feminine and masculine figures such as Beyonce, Prince, Little Richard and Janelle Monae. They perform a mix of R&B and hip-hop with emphasis on charisma, crowd work and lip syncing. Lionel Bitchie is a trained singer with a love of dance, yes, but grooving? Absolutely.

Hi, I'm Lyra Valentine, a small-town starlet with a big heart and an even bigger passion for performance. I'm still new to the world of drag, but every time I step on stage, I bring a blend of elegance, flexibility, and a playful touch of camp. I take a lot of inspiration from legends like Yvie Oddly and Sasha Velour — queens who aren’t afraid to break the mold and be unforgettable.

Music is the soul of everything I do. Whether it’s a soaring ballad or a beat that shakes the room, I let every note guide my story and my movement. Performing gives me a way to connect with people, share joy, and celebrate the vibrant communities I love being a part of, from Savannah, GA to Raleigh, NC and now the DC area.

I like to think of myself as a little burst of warmth even in the coldest seasons proof that a true star carries their own fire. Offstage, I’m a bit of a dreamer, always looking up at the stars and believing that every heart deserves to shine like a supernova.
